Delete Your Account

elephantroom is developed by Liquid Sassella S.R.L. This page explains how to request deletion of your elephantroom account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

In the app: open elephantroom, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. This immediately queues your account and data for permanent removal.
From this page: if you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below with the email address associated with your account. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted and what is retained

Deleted

Your profile information (name, email, photo), saved designs, uploaded room photos, favorites, preferences, and in-app activity history are permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days of a confirmed request.

Retained

We may retain limited data where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations (e.g. order and transaction records related to purchases made through elephantroom), and anonymized/aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you. This data is kept only for as long as legally required, and for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted or fully anonymized.

Backups that already contain your data prior to a deletion request are purged on their normal rotation cycle, within 90 days.

Enter the email address linked to your elephantroom account. We'll notify our team and follow up with you to confirm the deletion.
